This is a set I wrote for Thrashing Thursday at Agate last week (2/24/11) and sent to The Dirt Mopper (Mark Costigan) to listen to so he could get a feel for drumming to it. Agate hit capacity before we even started playing music and I think the set we played (similar to this recording) hit the crowd pretty hard. Shit got rowdy! Cheers to Tactics, Cody James, Jablonious, Rymes, Sassi Lassi, and Agate Alley for throwing a kick ass party!

Good Morning Vol 4

Despite the ice and snow storm on OR-126, and my van’s inability to switch into reverse (transmission is shot), I drove to Bend this past weekend with Sassi Lassi, The Dirt Mopper, Giselle and Willow. Plenty of friends showed up friday and it turned out to be one hell of an loud night at the Mad Happy Lounge. The owner was even pouring a bottle of Jager in our mouths on the dance floor. Ridiculous. The rest of weekend on and off the mountain was nuts too. Beers on the chairlift and dunkeroos for da boyz! As a bonus… we never had to call AAA for a tow. So cheers to team Bonah Van!

Anyways, I can’t wait to wake up to this simply elegant playlist tomorrow morning…

Bassnectar Afterparty

So Bassnectar came through the Eug and Renaissance Raven threw an epic afterparty at the District until 5am. Plenty of friends showed up and everybody got their fair share of the dance floor as Sassi Lassi, Sporganic, Robno, and I shared the stage. The scene in Eugene is definitely getting loooose and heavy!
